- Consultation
- We discuss your idea either in person or over the phone. We gather all the finer details such as the type of timber, wood grain design, colours, sizes and more.
- Quote
- We assess your design and provide you with a quote.
- Deposit
- A 50% deposit is required to begin production of your piece. We accept cash or bank deposit.
- Design
- Our designers will create drawings in various angles for your review.
- Revised quote
- If you requested significant changes from the original design, then your project may need to be re-quoted. At this point, you can either agree to continue or receive your deposit.
- Build
- Over the next 4 – 8 weeks we will create your piece and send you photos of the final product. You can either approve the job based on the photos or visit our factory and see the piece.
Remember that we create furniture to last a lifetime, so the build process can take longer than a traditional furniture store.

- Final payment
- The remaining 50% is payable at this point.
- Pick-up
- Now it’s time to introduce your new furniture to the rest of your family. Our factory is open from 8am – 3pm weekdays for pick-up.
Although we do not provide a transport services in-house, we can assist you in arranging delivery.
