Messmate | 2.1 × 1.0 metres | Spring Hill
A visit to Daylesford led this Spring Hill customer to Pride Furniture’s showroom, where the Taper dining table and matching Oslo chairs caught their eye. They fell in love with the design and ordered the table on the spot.
Made from Messmate and measuring 2.1 × 1.0 metres, the table gives the timber’s natural grain and colour room to stand out. A broad rectangular top is balanced by tapered legs and a shaped underframe, keeping the overall form clean and considered.
The photographs show the table alongside Oslo chairs with timber frames and dark upholstered seats. Their light profiles work with the table’s tapered form, creating a setting that feels warm and uncluttered.
